I've heard people say they've seen whales & dolphins off the beach at Hueneme, but I don't have an ocean view where I work. I've seen dolphins as close as 100 yards offshore in Oxnard.

Yesterday it was raining and windy when we left the dock, but it cleared up a little, and the seas were fairly calm. We went out on The Condor Express, a new catamaran with four Detroit Diesel engines that can get up to 44 knots. Sweet boat.
